Invergordon 25 years old 1988 Single Cask Single Grain The SOVEREIGN

Tasting Note: A beautiful dark gold coloured whisky with a robust, full bodied nose of sweet butter shortbread, vanilla and stewed rhubrar.  Smooth and creamy on the palate.  The sweet vanilla, a fruitty notes giving way to a toffee apple, nuts and oak flavour.  A long, statisfying finish, slightly sweet, with hazel nuts coming through at the end.
